Developed, practised and perfected for centuries, this ancient art of body therapy uses yoga-like stretches and gentle pressure along energy lines (sen) to move the meridians (lom) through the body and disperse it naturally out of the body. the massage therapist will apply direct pressure using fingertips, knuckles, elbows and forearms through clothing and without any oil.
